Certainly won’t be back in a hurry, took over 1 hour 30 minutes to be delivered, with part of the order missing, the food we did get was lukewarm. Rang to be told the missing item would be sent out on the next delivery. Waited another hour for that they did however send a free pizza but again lukewarm!Definitely not worth the money or time spent waiting!

Normally the food is fab but tonight all 3 meals were stone cold and the smash burger wasn’t smashed. We order fairly frequently and it’s always been good so we’ll give it the benefit of the doubt and order again at some point.

No salad in the wrap, they've changed their meat, used to be spicy and taste so much better than other places but this was just bland, chips were soggy and the salad box was full of liquid, this place used to be so much better and the food.was better presented. Terrible won't be back threw most of it out, tried ringing to complain but no answered

I ordered in advance for an 8.30 delivery I was informed at 8pm that it was out for delivery it had not arrived by 9pm so I contacted Mangal House who asked if I still wanted it. They then said it would arrive soon it was 9.25 Pm when it came accompanied by a large bottle of Coca Cola as compensation. I order quite regularly from Mangal House and have never before had such bad service it seems to me that our order was forgotten about.
